In this two-day seminar, you will, with the assistance of experienced
professionals:
Day 1
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Formulate strategic plans that assess market feasibility of projects
·
Compile pro forma financial data for proposed project
·
Determine the strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats (SWOT
analysis) confronting the planner
·
Draft
measurable goals that can be implemented and monitored
Day 2
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
·
Simulate implementing these plans by meeting with actual executives
to obtain financing and grants, provide risk management protection
for the project, find investors, supporting companies, and sponsors,
and carry out the plan
·
Present plans to a panel of professional managers
