Synopsis
Voted by the USA Today as the "most beautiful" city in the U.S., Sedona offers varied and splendid fitness opportunities in a magical red rock setting. Join us for this highly physical week of hiking excursions in the mornings followed by tennis in the afternoons. Tennis takes place at the world class Sedona Racquet Club and Spa, under the direction of a certified Master Professional. Spring and fall temperatures in the 70s. Sedona, 120 miles north of Phoenix, is noted for its proximity to national monuments, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. Accessible by commercial shuttle from Phoenix airport.

Course Description
Tennis and hiking in Sedona's Red Rock Majesty.
Get ready for an active adventure! On three full afternoons, have lunch and play tennis at a world-class racquet club and spa, in the shadow of Sedona's famous red rock monoliths. Experience a small group clinic supervised by a certified Master Professional. Discover unmatched landscapes during four mornings of hiking excursions in Sedona's famed wilderness setting. Learn about the area's fascinating geology, archaeology and natural history. Top off your week with instruction in Yoga, stretching techniques specifically geared to tennis, and utilize a full-service fitness center and pool.
Be taught, in the field, about the area's amazing geology.

Hikes include distances of two to five miles on moderate terrain with elevation changes of 400'. Tennis is for all levels of players, but tennis experience required.
