Read "Does Cutting Trade Barriers Cause More Rapid Economic Growth?" from International Economic Review, Nov/Dec 1997, pp. 7-12.
Access the article from the book's web site, under readings for chapter 10. Answer the two questions as an optional, makeup homework assignment (10 points). Print out your answers (or write them down) and bring them to class.
